New release from LeeZu includes this outfit in three parts, jacket, top and skirt, which I've here below had chosen to feaure in an all black version, but it comes in multible colors han are cue to mix together.

I specially like the jacket with the puffy sleeves, which is highly detailed and super cute. The top has a prim part that covers the belly part, but it works just as well without it, just show a litle more skin below. The Eyecatcher in this outfit is probaly the ballerina looking skirt witha layer of small dots, that lights up the special looking fabric.

Cherry Dreams

While it pours down with rain outside, I felt like dreaming away to warmer places where you can wear small tops and mini-skirts. This cute little outfit from LeeZu fits perfect for this theme. Ultra short mini-skirt and a an airy flowery top, makes you think of summer times. Depending how you put it together with hair and jewelry, you might as well go clubbing and dancing in this. Both top and skirt comes in many different colors that match each other. Here I've chosen to mix a pink version of the tp with black version of the miniskirt.

All in one sexyness at mJ'Ds

Here is a cute and super short dress to look out for, because you don't just get a dress you get it ALL. The dress is from mJ'Ds where there is a lot of sexyness to be found. It comes in brown, grey, soft pink and sea Blue, but what is more interesting is that the jewelry, belt and boots is included. If you're just interested in the jewelry or the boots, they can be bought seperately though.

The necklace is actually two necklaces, so you get to decide how heavy loaded you want to be. The same goes for the boots that comes in two versions. One as shown in picture above, long boots with long socks. However it can also be replaced with a low ancle shoe with socks replacing the booth calf. All is made en highly detailed exture and small details like the bucles on the boots and variation of the pearls on the jewelry. Dress also looks great with just a pair of stilettos :)

Mix with blazer

Just a little mix I put together, that is pretty close to someting you'd see in real life. I'm loving the blazer which I actually came across by incident, but it has been useful for a lot of different looks. The dress below is not a new release either, but something I found at Emery once and have been very fond off too. This one has a zebra print below the jacket, but there is different variations.

The necklace and bracelet with black pearls are a new relase from Knock! Very detailed jewelty which adds a more rough touch to the mix. It is part of a pack that also includes earrings with black feathers that matches the necklace and some face piercings. Below is a close up, so you can see the necklace in more details.

Shoes are the most recent release from N-Core, that always rocks for their details and modification options. Specially these comes in a lot of different color variations, so should be possible to find a pair you like too. Enjoy shopping! :)

Romantic Jacket of Flower Dreams

Monday this stunning jacket was released at LeeZu. It is detailed with a romantic and frail flower pattern, that on the prim parts sticks out here and there, giving an extra realistic effect of a veil fabric. The beautiful collar is almost formed like a flower in itself, completing the airy, flowery look.

The jacket comes in several colors where you on each can choose if you want the flower pattern to be in a dark or light version. I also found that the collar work as a decoration in itself, so therefore updo hair and not too big earrings works very well. Because of the details of the the jacket, it can easily be worn with more simple pants or shorts as I am here, or as Leezu herself suggest with her Glitter Pants that I've previously blogged here.

Dutch Touch Rock

This is it! 4,3 million lindens has been collected at this time and tonight at 8pm SLT the closing ceremonies at Fashion for Life fair begins and soon it will all be gone. So this is your last chance to get all the goodies into your folders. Hopefully you already found some nice things and supported the course. But if you haven't been there yet (Gasp!) or you want som more inspiration, then I'd like to bring your attention to these great lingerie sets. After all we have to wear something really nice under all those beautiful FFL gowns :)

Fashion For Life - Gowns

Yay! As I'm posting this, about 2,826,881 L has been collected at the Fashion for Life fair. But is that really enough? With 200 stores participating at the fair, there is room for more shopping and the ammount could be doubled, while you require some truly great designs. What about a nice dress for special occations? The fair has lots of possibilities for that, so here comes a few suggestions. If you haven't already, then please read my previous post with more info about the Fashion for life Fair.

From Nicky Ree I'm featuring the RFL 2011 Mara Art Deco dress. This dress has beautiful patterns underlining its elegant look. The back is equally elegant with its low cut and as its often the case with Nicky Ree's dresses it comes with multible skirt options.Here Im showing the long version, but upon purchase you'll also also get it in a short, svelte and grandeur version. The Mara dress comes with a long history of only being sold at special events such at that Relay for Life, with a different fabric or pattern each time. One should maybe start to collect the different editions :)

For these dresses, you could add this cute piece of jewelry as I'm showing in close-up above of here. The symbolic little ribbon jewelry is the Cancer Awareness Ribbon from Peeps Fashion. Since it also have the classic pearl design, it works very well in a more elegant imagery like the Nicky Ree dress.

If you're wondering why so many of the outfits are in black and white, it's because this years theme is called “Beyond Black and White,” is a way to embody the spirit of cancer survivors everywhere as they find hope rising out of the dark diagnosis of cancer.

Then there is more goodies from LeeZu, like this interesting dress I'm showing above of here named A Mon Insu. With the great colors and details you're sure to get noticed anywhere. I'm especially liking the texturing details and the asummetrical lines that together with the hat, gives a truly unique look.

In the more colorful apect we have this very romantic Coppelia Gown, in blush from Evie's Closet. This dress seems like it could turn any girl into the queen of the ball. Actually the flowers I'm wearing in my hair is another item from Evie's, called the Secret Garden Wreath. It does not come with the dress, but its great to underline a romantic theme. It comes in a single or double version.

Here as the last, I'll show you the elegant Yvonne Black Gown the FFL item from Clio, which any Femme fatale would be proud to wear. Clio explains that usually she is into a lot of colors and that she makes everything from scratch. I think she got away really great the black and white theme of the fair as well with this dress.

Now maybe you're thinking you don't really use gowns so often, but if you ever do, is there a better time to invest in one than now? It all benefits the good course of fighting cancer. Hope you feel inspired by some of these dresses and let yourself loose. All the money is benefitting donations to the American Cancer Society via the SL Relay for Life. Go shopping here! :)

Fashion For Life Fair

It's time! Tomorrow, Saturday, Fashion for Life is opening its doors for its 9 sims and till March 22 you'll get all the fashion you could dream of. A 180 stores are participating this year, which pretty much means all the greatest designers of SL will be there, suppporting the good course. The theme this year will be “Beyond Black and White,” embodying the spirit of cancer survivors everywhere as they find hope rising out of the dark diagnosis of cancer. All your donations will go to SL Relay for Life, benefiting the American Cancer Society. You'll find more information and details on the Fashion for Life site - http://fashionforlifesl.com/

I have the pleasure to have already received some of the great items you can find at the fair. Naturally I can't blog all the goodies, but Im gonna blog a few teasers for now along with some more informaton I've received about the course and fair and then I'll blog some more in the coming days.

Above photo is showing the Pop Dress, a contribution from Nyte'N'Day. I'm so loving the artisic and cute little prints, creating a natural flow with the feminine bow. This also comes in a RFL edition which is white with a bow in hot pink.

The FFL team explains that the theme of Fashion for Life this year is “Beyond Black and White.” Instead of doing themes that were based on locales or one monolithic theme, they came upon the idea of making the sims in black and white -like a black and white photo. This is to reinforce how cancer is no longer a black and white diagnosis because of the work of the American Cancer Society. They provide funds, programs and support that takes cancer “beyond black and white.” Designers and builders were given this theme and encouraged to interpret it as they pleased

And then we have this cute set of the Chloe jeans and Samantha top from Fab.Pony. The jeans are high wasted and therefore helps making your legs seems very long. They come with two sets of prim cuffs, one for flats and one for heels. The V-neck top is simple and feminine with a play of white and silver stripes, making it useful for many things.

Remember the the team behind FFL is entirely volunteer driven and 100% of the funds raised are presented as a charitable donation to ACS from the residents of Second Life. Check out the website where a running total will be shown and you can keep track to the minute how the donating is going.

Above of here I'm showing the lovely Languid Party Dress in the color Goldenrod from Vanitas Vesture. A full skirt with simple clean lines, but super elegant, just need to put it together with the right hair and shoes to underline it and you'd be good for any cocktail party. This dress comes in various colors, so be sure to check out if you like the shape of the dress.

Last but least, im featuring above this dres called Catch Lilli from LeeZu Designs. I totally adore this dress because the many details such as elegant shape of the collar and the vivid fabric that keeps the black and white from ever being borring. Don't worry it comes in more colorful variation too, if you prefer that. In the folder you'll find the skirt in a flexy, non flexy like above ad a baby doll version. Índeed one of my favorites from the fair.

Fashion for Life is the evolution of the RFL Clothing Fair. This new fair includes not just clothing, but anything an avatar can wear such as skins, shoes, hair, and accessories. Now the American Cancer Society sponsors the sims so all donations go directly to them to offset those costs and to add to the general fund. Finally, the name change indicates how Fashion for Life is not a Relay for Life team effort (as it was in the past) but an entity separate from the RFL teams. Here showing the main sponsers of the fair and the sim named after reknowned black and white photographers, according to the theme.

Each designer donated money to have a store on the sims and committed to donate four items whose income goes to the American Cancer Society 100%. VIP Sponsors made higher donations and Sim Sponsors made substantially larger donations. This means that 1,100,000L has already been raised via sponsorships.

I found this very sexy dress at Xplosion, which jumped into my invie right away. It comes in a shirt and a top part, which can be put together to a dress like shown below of here.

However the black shirt can come off and you have a short, cute, white top that also looks wonderful with a pair of jeans and the bra layers is optional as well. There are two skirt versions, with or without belt and a cute tie, if you really want turn up for the sexy business woman look. This dress comes in several colors, be sure to check both sides of the panel at the store, to see them all. You can also choose to just to buy the top part if you prefer.

The shoes are From Sim-I-Lar, who is celebrating their 1-year anniversary and therefore has releases these elegant Annabel shoes for the occation. They're scripted to be resized, and changing the metal color and of course come with a hud to fit them to your skin color. Group members get them discounted along with also a free silver pair, upon purchase of a normal pair. The offer is up till 6 PM slt today, Sunday.

Chic Boutique Round 5

Chic Boutique has opened its doors for another round of good offers. I've mixed and matched some of the items you can find below:

This one is a really cute country style dress, it comes with no pocket or with a bow instead, you'll have to find a top to go with it on your own though. The earrings are super cute too and also comes in two variations. However the little details you have to look at in the picture below.

I've never seen eyelashes like these before, but the little human pictogram is a funny detail to any look and yup the eyes can be bought at Chich too.

Have you also noticed more and more skin are showing teeth these days? Here is another one. But the great part is that the teeth comes as a tattoo layer, so they're optional. Plus if you don't want to invest in a whole new skin and like the skin you already have, but also like the teeth detail, this is a cheap solution. Simply use the tattoo layer on your own skin too. I find the teeth to be very good.

The skin above of here does not come with the teeth, Im just illustrating, how the teeth mentioned before, easy can go with any skin. Plus they look great when chewing up glasses lol. The glasses might be my favorite item to get at Chic in this round, I don't know if it's because they're red, but I think they're very sexy and fun. You get 3 versions, one to chew on, one to wear on the nose and one to wear on the head. Last we have a little black dress and this one also in 2 small variations - A girl can't have too many little black dresses :)

Pretty Insolence

I don't know about you, but I don't tend to stroll around too much in lingerie here in SL. Which is a pitty, course there is few things more feminine and I really do love lingerie. So since I was doing this picture anyway, I thought I would share it with you and for once show of some good lingerie here. I know about time right?

I went to Insolence, which is one of my favorite lingerie stores here in SL and found just what I needed. The Deborah set is beautiful and highly detailed, even with the see-through layers. It comes in different clothing layers of course, but that also gives the opportunity to change the style of the garters and panties a bit, so I got it just how I prefered it. There are 4 stockings in the pack in different tones, from light to black. What more could a girl ask for? :)

Valentines in Plastik

Plastik is another store ready for Valentines. Seems like Aikea Rieko pretty much made a Valentine edition of all her latests releases. So if you tp to the Plastik store you'll pretty much be in a sexy valentines outfit heaven, it doesn't get more pink than this. I've selected a few things to show here, but there is lots more, so be sure you go have a look on your own.

As you can see it's not big pink ball dresses, so you can pretty much use these all year around, whenever you feel like be bit more sexy. It's not all dresses though, as shown below you can also mix and sample some cute tops and short skirts, so if you think all the dresses get to be a little too much, you can mix into a more every day outfit as well.

There is even a Valentines edition of her elven skins. Below Im showing Chrysanthemum-Queen of which I thought was very cute with the flower make up around the eyes. There is a lot more variations and they're all great, so it's all up to you to go mix and match as you please. Sexy, cute, sweet, edgy, it's all possible.

Chic Valentines

The designers in this round of Chic Boutique also seems to be in a Valentines mood. So if you're in the need of a few accesories, this might be the place to look.

The skin with kissble lips I'm wearing, is from Filthy Skins. You also get in a tan and dark tone as well with cleavage tattoo layers and a windlight setting. A really good buy I must say. The top is really cute too and you get both a blue and a pink version in shirt and undershirt layer. Wearing both layers as I'm doing here will make the lace layers less see through. I'm loving the necklace from JD with all its little hear details without it being too much.

The bag and earrings are a group gift from G Field but they just fit right in and they're cute and perfect for the day.

Aikea Rieko from Plastik has been quite busy, releasing a ton of the new Ataciara skins and eyes. And when I say a ton, I really do mean a ton. So hold on this is going to be a bit long post. There is no way I can feature everything, but I'm going to give you an idea of what these skins are about.

When buying a a set of the Ataciara skins, you will get it in normal and a cleavage version. With it comes 10 tattoo layers witht he option to ad freckles, darker or lighter lips and alter make up a bit. Furhtermore you also get a set of Elf ears and set of glowing eyes. The elf ears themself are scripted to change color into other elf skin types or skin tones.

I think there is a skintone for every elf of the rainbow and they can be bought as a fatpack on their own. Of course if you don't want to be an elf, can just decide on a more normal skin color and not wear the long ears. Like the elf skins, they also come in more normal skin tones from pale to dark :)

Along with all the skins Platstik also released a pack of new eyes. So if you need to be a bit bizarre or freaky, these should be a great solution. I'll just show a few here together with more skins, but there are many, many more, which you have to go to Plastik store to check out.

Altogether I really like these skins. Whether you wan't to be an elf or simply human I think they're very well done and I simply love the eyes. They make it so much fun to play around with different freaky looks. I'm also very impressed with the fact that you not only get different skin options, but also eyes, ears and makeup in your folder. It makes a perfect elf look, but if you loose the ears, you could quickly change into a vampire, cyborg, fairy and so on. I think I'm quite ready for any costume party coming up now :)

Nuts with Lia at Miel

I didn't do it! Ok I did, I bought the whole thing, I just could not recist. First the boots here are from Miel. They're just great, slim and feminine and give long legs. They come with a script to size and change colors of the boots and sock parts into 6 different earthy tones. So don't look at me like that, I just had to get them.

Then there was the cute and soft looking outfit right there next to the boots, to match them. All together a perfect outfit for times you want to dress a bit warm without big jackets and so on.
Too tempting. But now I had boots with 6 different colors and could not decide which color combination of the outfit to get for them. But then there is a fatpack with all the colors and scripted attachments like the belt and sleeves to change the color on. Ops they're just all mine now, just jumped into my invie.
Socks are bought on the side though and come in various color variations. I thought I could do whith just one pack of 3 different colors. So finally I showed some restraint, I'm so proud of myself ;)

AuTre Glitter and glam

LeeZu Releases

LeeZu recently released some new pants that I thought was so cute, I just had to go get them and everything else I stumbled across it seems. But yay! More mixing and matching to show off here.

The pants has a lot of cute little details that makes them special in my eyes, such as the buttoms folding the cloth and the matcing belt. When you buy them you get them in both a a short and a long version. I'm wearing the short version below, because then I get to show off the shoes too. X-mas spirit is sneaking in on me everywhere, so I had to wear them in red as they reminded me a bit of x-mas elfs and just because I can :) I have to say they're pretty awsome and very detailed with braces on the heels and small shoe ties on the front.

Nyte'N'Day Decked outfit again and again

I will continue at Nyte'N'Day since there has just been a great new release at the store and X-street. Well actually it's several releases that can be mixed and mathced into a lot of different styles. Nyte is very good at making feminine creations that can be both great as businesswear, but if you change around on the parts a little, you got yourself a sexy clubbing outfit. Below I've tried to mix 3 different outfits to illustrate a little bit of of it all.

X-mas is near and of course that also means its hunting time for some great outfits. Luckly that means that there actually are hunts going on too, so you get to save money and find new great places to shop. December10th - 31st the hunt called 'Happy Holidays From' sponsored by ISPACHI is running off.

The hunt includes a hundred different items from a hundred different brands which each is worth 400L, but only cost 10L. All the hunt items should be hidden within a reasonable range from the landing point, and on the same floor you land on. However remember that sometimes these rules can be forgotten.

I say Sey!

I think Sey is wonderful store for its diversity and for its nicely detailed and textured clothes. I'm here showing a little mix of some different things I found there.

I've chosen the purple top to go with the pants, but it comes in a few other colors and there are more styles and fun prints to chose from.
The Cargo pants are especially great, as they come in two different sizes, but its secret is really the belt. The belt also comes with the outfit in different variants. For instance you can chose to just have a simple belt or if you also want bags on it. Furthermore the belt offers a script to resize the belt and to retexture the bags, so they come in a simple version and a cute version, as shown below. I love both versions really.

Though the outfit might be a bit more edgy in itself, the cute belt and jewels soften it up to a more feminine look (the lipstick might help too :). There is also a fine selection of jewels to be found at the store.The Envy necklace in Lurple matches the top and I really enjoy the details of it. The small pearls and the little sign with 'Envy' on it. I'm showing in a close up below here for you to judge for yourself.

Kiss the boots with cherry lips

Hurray it seems the hot pink lips is taking another round this fall. Time to go find a prince to rub it off on -that's why I sit here in the picture, dreaming. I have a thing the cherry lips and love to make them glow with darker contrasts.

Which leads to my next point. The hair! Truth hair is still having it's sale. Run for it! because it ends on September 3. The hair I'm wearing above is only 125 Lindens and with the streaked versions, you actually get 6 hairs for that prize. You can find me in a happy daze at Truth till September 3, calculating which hairs and how many colors to get. Before you buy yourself poor at Truth though, remember the Hair Fair is starting next week.

The shoes I'm wearing is Sevilla low boots from Nova that I found at the Shoe Fair. The texture make them very subtle and yet you can't help but noticing them -might have to do with the exstreeme high and sexy heels. They come with a scripting system that give multiple options for readjusting.

I've received this very feminine and gorgeous bracelet from U&R Dogs. It's part of the Fashion House venue this month, which means you can find it as a exclusive color set there till August 25 for only 100L. For 5 months U&R Dogs will put another part of the set for sale till you eventually have the whole set, so you better not miss a month.
What I really like about this, is that it's scripted so it's resizable and you can change the color, chosing between 9 different colors. Here shown in gold version. So you're actually getting 9 bracelet in one, hurray!

Opening of Fashion House

So here is a new little tip: Fashion House!
This is a new venue that will display items between 75-125L that are exclusive to the venue. The items will change once a month. Brands will be on rotation so they will not be required to participate every month.

The Fashion House venue will only be open between the 10th of each month (That mean it just opened today ;) and the 25th of the same month (closing). That is how long the collections will last. There will be one collection session each month.

Below here I made a little mix and match that I find very feminine, but there are many more items to look out for, especially jewelry. The necklace in the picture below comes in 9 different and pretty colors. The top is actually from a dress, but the pink lights up in the black and white and goes well with a good pink lipstick skin. The skirt with its feathers is what really makes an outfit complete and special.

Just had to show off the KISS jewelry set in the picture above too, its a fun accessory that will give your outfit a little exstra detail that people just won't help but noticing.

The Platinum Hunt

But tomorrow, Sunday, is the Platinum Hunt is setting off and you do not want to miss it! However I can't wait to show you the first mix i did of things you can find there and each item is only 10L. So below I'm showing my look as a Platinum Godess ready for the great hunt. For only 50L you can get it too! The Summer of Love Fair, raising awareness of mental health, is ending on Sunday August 8, So if you haven't been around it yet, you should hurry. I'm gonna show this little sexy dress as my the last goodie from there (though there are many more). This dress is made by *X*plosion and is a very short and hot little thing, that still leaves somethign to the imagination. In the folder it comes with different layers and also allows you to mix them, so e.g. get a whole black outfit instead. Different colors is also availble for purchase at the fair, so stop by and support the course.

So what's next now the Summer of Love Fair is ending? Don't worry too much, because you will be getting very busy soon.
CHIC Management, the producers behind Summer of Love Fair has arranged The Platinum Hunt, a really grand hunt, involving 100 of the top brands in SL and all items will just be 10L.

New Jewelry from Aglaia

Looking into more jewelry from Aglaia I'll show you these pretty new sets for the Flux collection, straight from designer Pheonix Piek. Starting out with the Rox pieces, shown below, which is matching earrings and necklace that despite their size have a light an airy look. Great for attrackting attention to your lovely face at parties without being too heavy looking.

The other interesting release from Aglaia is the Barbed set shown above, with matching hat and necklace. because of the black rose and wire, my thoughts are lead to a dark romantic image. It can both give a soft and harsh personality at the same time, I love it.

Ok since I went on a shopping spree and went broke on the Summer of Love fair, I better show more of what i found there. Everything in the picture below, except the hair, is found on the fair and mixed it together. Again don't miss out on this fair and remember to visit the information points, where you can also catch some nice gifts.

The dress from R.icielli is wonderful airy looking summerdress, comes in multible colors. I think might get it red too, for a warm sexy look. A special detail here is also the flower pearl necklace from Aglaia, that underlines the summer theme and it can give that exstra pfft to any outfit. Originally came some matching erarrings to go with it as well, deffinately a good buy. Can't go on a shopping spree without a good bag, luckly it was included in the Misses Jones outfit from aDiva as well as the cute earrings I'm wearing here, a very nice buy too.

Summer of Love Fair

The Summer of Love fair has been running since July 18th and will be running to August 8th. Thank God! since i had not heard of it till now and now that I visited I wouldn't have wanted to miss it for the world. The fair is raising awareness for mental health but focused on issues caused by human relationships e.g. Seasonal Affective Disorder, ADHD, Bulimia. Many designers have things for sale which is also new and exlusive for the fair. It's a small place for a fair, but it's packed with goodies and great accessories, I find that my inventory is a mess again after just one visit, but I think I made some really great finds.

This theme of the fair is issues close to my heart, because it's involving a lot of people in our everyday life and I bet you know someone who is affected by one of these too. So please dont get all distracted by all the goodies, but take your time to go to the information points, not just for the free gifts, but take your time to read the notecards and learn more about these subjects. After all thats why the fair is there :)

Lady Blue

I love feeling a little blue in this sexy dress from C.Smit, but of course it comes in several other colors as well. Actually this dress has to be bought in two seperate parts, skirt is 160L and top is 159L. The top allows two combinations, a top if you want to show off more skin and one that covers down to the waist as shown below.

I've always been loving the hair from Truth (maybe you can tell), but this hair rocks! To top it, beside the normal colors, you also get them in a version with streaks. Yay for all the possibilities to rock out.
Another detail I'm in love with these days, is the nails, that I've tried to higlight. I remember the days where nails where just a glove with color you put on. I'm amazed with the details you can have today, with rings, diamonds and butterflies. The ones I'm showing off here is from Candy Nails and only cost 150L and they're like little artworks, so certainly wont be the last I I'll buy from there. Never know who I'll need to scratch :)

Diversity Hair is back!

Fracas Tee

I adore this Fracas Tee in white as shown below, which is one of the many later releases from Nyte'N'Day. It comes in multible colors, where another favorite of mine is the gold version. It's a great alternative summer look of the small pretty dresses. Great to combine with some jeans if you still want to look hot, but with a rougher edge to your personality. The Tee can be found on the dark side of the store for 125L - Perfect for a trip into the wilder nature :)

PixelDolls with an edge

I found this great dress at PixelDolls main store for 99L. There are several variations, but I just love the patterns on this one. It has some cute innocense to it as well as well an edge of temper that fits the summer heat very well. The dress offers two options of sleeves, the poofy ones as shown below here or some flutter sleeves. You migth want to find a good bra to wear beneath, because the top part is rather skimpy, but hey that works in the heat too :)

Riko Kamachi has finally redesigned her store Hanamachi. Though the store is not very big, it's a very charming little place stuffed with cute and feminine skirts and dresses, camis and tartans etc.

Right now the Song Lyric hunt is running from June 20 to July 20. Hanamachis donation to the hunt is this lovely and limited dress shown on the picture and inspired by ‘Daisy’ by Scottish folk singer Karine Polwart. Besides the daisy for the hair, you're also given the option to decorate the dress with a daisy at the chest, it's up to you.

New store at Nyte'N'Day

Nyte caligari has been working on her new store for months and months and finally it's here! With the aim to get more space for more delicious outfits and yet make it easier to find just the right outfit, she build a new huge, but great store. Now the outfits is organized by purpose e.g. you need some party clothes, you got to that area, and if you need a business suit you can go to that area. Furthermore the store is divided into a black and white area - Night and day and of course you'll find the club wear in the night department and business in the day area.

Furthermore Nyte is working on re-doing some of her classic outfits, so if you have an old Nyte'N'Day outfit that you still love but feel is a bit outdated there is still hope. Of course there is no store opening without new outfits. Above is shown Nyte'N'Day - Stint in blue, one of my new favorites for business wear. It's classical with cute little details like the buttons at the neck.

To make sure you get around seeing the store there is a hunt going on till Sunday 9pm SLT. You'll have to find 8 Nyte'N'Day mini logos and get free outfits in a special color that will not otherwise be available. The logos might not be too easy to find, but since Nyte is a softy, she already made the logos lager several times. Who knows, she might even have made them blinking lights by Sunday, so should be possible to find them and just enjoy discovering the new store and its possibilities :)

Addictive Grand Opening

This weekend and very fitting for Halloween the Addictive sim (home of Digit Darkes, Diversity Hair and now many other stores) finally reopened. I've been waiting for this for quite some time, because it's truly a unique looking sim now.

The sim is dominated with black, white and grey colors with glimpses of very colorful items that light up the place and forms a rather surrealistic experience.
Inspired by movies as the Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland, the sim is packed with fun and wonderful details and absolutely worth a visit.
Because of the very unique look and yes neutral colors, the sim is idle for photographing and picture taking if you're looking for a different kind of background.

This Halloween weekend there is a hunt going on to celebrate the opening of the sim with prizes and goodies to pick up from some of the designers who has stores at Addictive. Hunt itself is very fun and has clues to help you through. I especially like that you don't have to use all day looking for the gifts, wondering if they remembered to put them all out (I can confirm they're all there :)

Maitreya release

Today Maitreya released a new very realistic looking scarf in multible colors and 3 new hairstyles that goes along with it.
To get the warm look with the scarf around the neck, you have to buy it in addition to the hair with the scarf. I chosed the violet version, because I'm just crazy about that color these days. It's ideal to light up the more neutral winther colors like the grey I'm also very fond of.
Along with the scarf it's perfect to match with a warm sweather in a more neutral color that still compliments the eyes.
